December 12th 2015 | by Lewis Phillips

Talon Engineering and Wilvo Forkrent KTM have announced a partnership that will see the team run Talon wheels in 2016, through a rigorous schedule that will include eight British championship and nineteen MXGP rounds.

The agreement with the Steve Turner run outfit will see Talon continue their thriving relationship with reigning British champion Shaun Simpson and also work with future star Adam Sterry. With both riders on board, there is the potential to achieve great things in 2016 at domestic and world level. The latter part of that being key, as Talon continue to strive to have a strong presence worldwide.

Rob Sartin (Talon Engineering): “It has been evident for some time that the Wilvo Forkrent KTM team have become one of the more professional teams in the paddock, hence why I’m ecstatic that Talon wheels will be beneath their awning next year. It also means that we can continue working with Shaun, who is a great ambassador both on and off the bike. 2016 is shaping up to be another unforgettable year.”

Steve Turner (Wilvo Forkrent KTM): “We’re happy to be working with Rob and the team at Talon for 2016. They pride themselves on making high quality products, which makes them an ideal partner for us, and I’m sure 2016 will be the first of many successful years working together.”
